A Safe And Reliable Storage Solution

Whenever something needs to be stored away in a place where it will certainly be safe, the first solution that comes to mind is to put it away in a bank. However, bank storage has its limits. There are some things that cannot be put in a banks. For example, say you have a lot of old artifacts like statues, that you feel are cluttering the space in your house. Although you would like to keep it safely stored in some place, your attic is already full and you cannot take it to a bank. In times like this, what is the answer?

In cases like these, there are some people who tend to take their belongings to a storage house. Now although this option is certainly safe, the initial effort that needs to be taken is massive. First of all, you need a truck to transport your belongings. So you need to go to a truck rental company, rent put a truck, take it home, load your belongings in it, take the truck to the storage site, unload all your belongings and load them back in the storage room! There are companies that provide a simple solution. These days, companies will offer a standard container the size of a garage, along with a truck to tow it around. All you need to do is put all the items and/or equipment you want stored away into the container. After that, the truck will take the container away to a storage site, and all the items will stay in the container itself!

It may seem absurd, but actually this procedure happens in a lot of places. Any products that need to be taken from manufacturer to retailer like furniture, electronics, even durable are taken in containers. Also, money that is to be transported from banks to ATM machines is carted around in containers, though the containers used in that case are smaller than the ones used to store belongings.

As for security, all the containers are made of solid steel and they come with their own locks. However, if you feel that one padlock is inadequate then you are at liberty to purchase extra locks, each for a small amount of money from the company itself. Also, all these containers are stored in the 'door-to-door' fashion at the storage site, and so it is impossible to gain unauthorized entry.

You can take the containers on lease from the company. As long as you are obeying parking regulations, you can keep the container in and around your area of residence itself, for the period of lease. Once the containers are stored away, the keys to open them will be handed to you and you can visit the storage site to inspect your container whenever you please, within company timings.

Another thing is the space usage. Some people may feel that they will not use up the entire container, which is pretty big. It has a hundred and sixty feet of floor area, and about 1173 cubic feet of storage area! For such people, there are plans for different space usages. Like a particular amount if you use up half the space, another amount for three fourths of the space and so on.
